I'm Rodolfo Fernandez Romero, owner and field lead at R.C Art Construction LLC. I work directly with property managers, investors and real estate teams across the Portland Metro area. There is no layer between you and the person accountable for the work.
I have been in the trade since 2018, repairing and preparing houses and apartments for sale and rent on resale and rental portfolios. That work taught me exactly what a property has to look like on handoff day, and what a missed turnover costs an owner. In 2023 I founded the company and earned my Oregon general contractor license.
I manage one or several projects from start to finish and use project management software to keep clients informed from the first walkthrough through final closeout. Defined scope, steady communication, documented handoff — and a property that looks clean, complete and ready to list or lease.
