Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Estimate request form: your name, phone, email, property address, project type, timeline and any details you write.
• Vendor documents form: company name, contact person, email, phone, project type and the documents you request.
• Anything you send us directly by phone, text message or email.
• Minimal technical data: anonymous visit statistics (how many people visit and which pages they view) and, to stop spam, a coded version of your IP address that is deleted after about a day. We do not store your actual IP address.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare estimates and proposals, and schedule visits and work.
• To keep the customer and project records our work as a licensed contractor requires.
• To send you an email confirming we received your request.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing. It is handled only by the services that run our business, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare: hosts this site, stores form submissions and provides the anonymous statistics.
• Resend: delivers confirmation and notification emails.
• Our customer management system (NexArtPro, hosted on Supabase): where we track your request and, if you hire us, your project.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not follow you to other websites.

• rc_lang: saved only if you choose to view the site in Spanish, to remember your language (lasts one year).
• The floating button remembers in your browser whether you already opened it (rc_dev_badge_opened, rc_dev_badge_introduced). It holds no personal data.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies.
• The administration area uses session cookies for authorized staff only.

Do Not Track signals

Because we do not track visitors across websites, this site works the same with or without that signal.

How long we keep it

We keep requests as long as needed to answer you. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as Oregon contract and construction laws require, which can be several years after the work is finished. If your request did not become a project, you can ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@rcartconstruction.com or call 503-936-6172. We reply within 45 days at the latest.

Security

The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form submissions is limited to our authorized staff.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If the way we use your information changes, we will update this page and the date above.
